Reviews and Ratings
I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel, with comfortable rooms and great service, although there were some minor drawbacks. The location was excellent, and the dining experience was satisfactory. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel is centrally located, right opposite the Te Papa museum, and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. While the public areas are beautifully decorated with amazing New Zealand art, some staff interactions upon departure left a negative impression. The breakfast felt overcrowded, leading to slower service, and the rooms appeared outdated and uninspiring with limited adjustability in the TV volume.
The hotel offers fantastic views of the harbor from luxurious rooms and a great location for exploring Wellington. However, the room size is small and lacks windows for fresh air, with some noise disturbances. The lemony room smell was unpleasant, yet the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped.
The QT hotel provided a comfortable stay with well-equipped rooms, though the dining experience fell short. The service was excellent, and the location was fantastic despite some noise disturbances from outside events.
The hotel offers spacious and stylish rooms with a kitchenette, a comfortable bed, a nice seating area, and a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The room looked fabulous, although the air conditioning unit wasn't regulated correctly. Overall, a lovely stay with some bling included.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were generous and comfortable, and I had the best sleep in their beds. The service was top-notch with extremely friendly and efficient staff. The location was perfect for exploring the city, although the strange layout was a bit off-putting. The dining experience was enjoyable with extraordinary food served in the Hippopotamus restaurant. Overall, a great value for money with stylish facilities and amenities.
The hotel was located centrally, directly opposite the terrific Te Papa Museum. While the check-in process was a bit delayed, the location was convenient for our stay in Wellington. The room decorations were lovely, and the engaging staff made our experience enjoyable. However, the street parking situation was a downside that affected our overall impression.
